Job shadowing and Internship Opportunities
MSI is looking for highly motivated and ready-to-learn individuals for internships within the CNC, CAD Design, and Toolmaker departments. These internships are paid, offer tuition reimbursement, and are a great fit for those who want to contribute to the work being done at our facilities.
MSI also has long-standing relationships with Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids and Greenville Technical College in Greenville to help support students in the CNC machining program and provide them with real-world work experience in the manufacturing industry. Each year, MSI offers several internships to students in these programs and pays 100% of the tuition to those who meet certain academic standards.
